Meditation and Manifestation - Field Trip

The Department of Psychology at MES Kalladi College is organizing a program titled “Meditation & Manifestation – A Field Trip to Master Your Mind & Manifest Your Life” on 13 August 2025 at Imark Valley, Jellippara. This enriching outdoor experience aims to foster mindfulness, empathy, and connection through activities such as moments of mindfulness to promote clarity, perspective taking to see the world through others’ eyes, storytelling sessions that inspire unity, and nature walks that rejuvenate the mind and body. With the theme Breathe Connect Manifest the program enables students on an unforgettable journey of self-discovery, emotional connection, and personal growth amidst the tranquility of nature.
