Certificate Course

The Department of Food Technology at MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad, successfully conducted a series of industry-collaborative certificate courses from May 11, 2026, to May 17, 2026, aimed at bridging the gap between academic theory and practical quality assurance. Organized in collaboration with Skill Bio Research and Edu Hub Pvt. Ltd. (Malappuram) and Satiety Food Research and Management Pvt. Ltd. (Ernakulam), the year-long programme provided students with highly valued credentials, including the Highfield Level Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing (RQF), the Highfield Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Food Manufacturing, and the FSSAI-mandated Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC). Expert technical sessions were led by Mr. Shahul Hameed P, CEO of Skill Bio Research, and Mr. Jafer, CEO of Satiety Food Research, who focused on hazard analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management through interactive case studies. This professional initiative successfully concluded by equipping participating students with globally recognized certifications, significantly elevating their professional profiles and readiness for the global food processing and auditing workforce.
