The Department of Commerce, MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad successfully organized Lumiere Management Fest 2026 on 12th and13th February 2026. The fest was conducted with the objective of enhancing managerial skills, fostering creativity, and providing a platform for students to showcase their talents in various business-related domains. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of various departments and colleges. The fest was inaugurated with a formal opening ceremony attended by Principal and faculty members, students, and invited guests. The organizers emphasized the importance of such events in bridging the gap between academic learning and practical exposure. Lumiere 2026 featured a variety of competitions designed to test participants’ analytical, managerial, and creative abilities. Major events included Management Team,Business Quiz, Best Manager, Marketing Game, Finance Game, and Treasure Hunt. Each event was carefully structured to simulate real-world business challenges, encouraging teamwork, leadership, and decision-making skills among participants. The Best Manager competition stood out as the highlight of the fest, where participants went through multiple rounds assessing communication skills, problem-solving ability, and overall managerial aptitude. The Business Quiz tested knowledge of current affairs and business concepts, while the Marketing and Finance games provided hands-on experience in strategy and financial decision-making. The fest was efficiently coordinated by the student organizing committee under the guidance of faculty of the Department of Commerce. The smooth execution of events reflected their dedication and teamwork. Prizes and certificates were awarded to the winners and runners-up in each event during the valedictory function. The fest concluded on a successful note, leaving participants with valuable learning experiences and memorable moments. Overall, Lumiere Management Fest 2026 was a grand success, achieving its goal of promoting managerial excellence and student engagement.
