Snip and Stich- Craft Workshop

A Craft Workshop was organised by Women Cell to teach students thread work.

The Women Cell of MES Kalladi College organized a Craft Workshop on 25th August 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Ambedkar Hall. The objective of the workshop was to promote creativity, skill enhancement, and interest in craft-making among students. The workshop received an active response from students across various departments. Participants engaged enthusiastically in different activities, with thread work emerging as the most appreciated and enjoyed segment of the session. Students expressed that it was both engaging and enriching, providing them with a sense of accomplishment and relaxation. The event proved to be highly beneficial as it not only encouraged artistic expression but also highlighted the importance of creativity in personal growth. The positive feedback from participants reflected the success of the programme. The Women Cell intends to organize more such workshops in the future to nurture talent and creativity among students.
