World Environmental day-Green Roots Program

The Department of Commerce & Management Self Financing section, MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad (Autonomous), organized the "Green Roots Programme" on 5 June 2026 in observance of World Environment Day. The programme was conducted as part of the department's Plantation and Garden Development Initiative with the theme "Nurturing Nature, Building Tomorrow." The primary objective of the programme was to promote environmental awareness among students and staff and encourage active participation in sustainable practices. Various activities such as tree plantation, department garden development, campus beautification, and environmental awareness initiatives were undertaken during the programme.
